Please inform us immediately should any of our products arrive damaged or incorrect. We will, of course, replace any items damaged during the delivery process.

  • The purchaser will be reimbursed postage costs when returning goods that arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. For peace of mind, we recommend you send the goods via UPS or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please insure the package for the value shown on the invoice receipt. NOTE: Do not use newsprint to package a product for return.
  • We are unable to accept any returns that have been customer damaged or used. Returned items must be in originally received condition. We will not accept items for return which have been exposed to cigarette or any other kind of smoke or heavy odors.
  • Any refund due will be sent via the payment method used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If the original payment was made by check you will receive a refund check or money order in the mail. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
